The Eskimo and the futile Guilt

22.10.2009

“Making a little music doesn’t help us in these difficult times,” a politically engaged fellow citizen explained to me the other day, who wanted to win me over for her initiative.

Well… if you listen to each other, support each other and give each other space, if creative work is more important than the pride of each individual and if you pull together without being dependent on a set of rules and regulations, I think you have reached a point where politics has often failed.

The Eskimo and the futile Guilt plays improvised music and compositions that explore making music together. A spontaneous, creative process.

Johannes Schleiermacher – Saxophon

Kalle Zeier – Gitarre

Kasper Tom – Schlagzeug
