Our body map as an expression of our own story

Painting one’s own body map (“Bodymap”) helps to discover connections between the individual stories and places of one’s life. This develops a deeper understanding of one’s own inner strength, which helps to stay healthy and radiate positively to the world around us. In 7 one-day workshops, young refugee adults between the ages of 18 and 25 enter into active contact with each other without having to choose language as their first means. At the end of the workshop, participants see the finished work right before their eyes and life-size – their own “Bodymap” as a work of art.
