The city of the 20th century was built against the landscape. The ecological consequences are called climate change, water scarcity and species loss. The exhibition “Return of the Landscape” tries to interpret this threat as an opportunity. With 11 selected projects by international landscape architects, the exhibition focuses on an urban, ecological and cultural topic of current explosiveness. Which paths lead to a sustainable urban landscape? How can the city of the 21st century be developed from the landscape? Creative and sustainable solutions are needed – and a new emotional approach.<\/p>\n
