Fear is not only an individual experience, but also a collective phenomenon with a significant impact on society. In a world increasingly dominated by crises, uncertainties, and accelerated processes of change, fear is becoming a defining condition\u2014and at the same time a tool of political, media, and economic influence. The theme invites us to understand fear as an ambivalent force\u2014as an emotion that can paralyze, but also liberate. \u201cTrembling and Anger\u201d names this space of tension between inner trembling and outer rebellion \u2013 a field that is reflected in politics, everyday life, and art.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for artistic positions that take up the annual theme \u201cTrembling &#038; Anger\u201d in the form of flags. Both newly developed works and existing flags from the artist&#8217;s own portfolio can be submitted. The presentation will take place on the eight flagpoles in the outdoor area of GEH8.
